Supreme Nannies, a BC licensed employment agency, was created in August 2006.  Jenny was born in Vancouver, BC, Canada. As a young girl Jenny moved with her parents to Cape Town, South Africa . She returned to Canada with her own family in September 2000 and they have settled on Vancouver Island, on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada.

Jenny recognized a growing need across Canada for quality affordable care as well as the need for well educated and experienced nannies and caregivers.  Her understanding of supporting individuals with special needs extends to living the experience herself. As the mother of a child with special needs, Jenny identified the increasing need for dedicated, trained, and committed caregivers to care for children and adults with special needs, and to care for our senior population.  

Jenny has extensive working experience in a number of different disciplines and capacities. Her experience includes working with children, supporting individuals with special needs, lay counseling, management, case management, banking, and marketing. Jenny has a diploma in Disability and Community Studies, a certificate in Sales and Marketing Management, a certificate in Human Resource Management, and is currently completing a degree in Disabilty and Community Studies. Jenny has over 20 years of child care experience and therefore has valuable insight into the needs of families and children.

Jenny strives to provide a very personalized and professional service to families and to the nannies/caregivers. Her goal is to ensure that families and nannies/caregivers have a hassle free experience.  Supreme Nannies offers both the family and the nanny/caregiver continued support for the entire contract or employment period.  They ensure the nanny/caregiver feels confident and happy in their new working environment and that both the family and the nanny/caregiver are aware of all the resources available in their communities.

 

Supreme Nannies specializes in full time, live-in, live-out, and part-time placements. They accept applications from Canadian and International nannies and caregivers.  Supreme Nannies will soon be offering temp and on-call placements in the Greater Victoria and Nanaimo areas.

Karin was born in Cape Town, South Africa, and moved to Canada with her family in 1999.  She has over 25 years experience in business administration in a variety of professions, including childcare and education.
